By accessing delawarecanvasart.com (the “Site”) or placing an order with Delaware Canvas Art (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or complete a purchase.
We sell gallery-wrapped canvas prints inspired by Delaware’s Sussex County landscapes, wildlife, beaches, and landmarks. Product photos and descriptions are provided to help you choose; colors may vary slightly depending on your screen and printing. Canvas sizes and prices are listed on each product page.
Orders are placed through Stripe’s secure checkout. By completing payment, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if fraud is suspected, pricing or inventory errors occur, or we are unable to fulfill the order. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the amount charged for that order.
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. The price charged is the price displayed at checkout when you complete your purchase. Applicable taxes and shipping, if any, will be shown during Stripe checkout where available.
We aim to prepare and ship orders promptly. Delivery times may vary based on production, carrier schedules, and destination. Risk of loss passes to you when the order is delivered to the carrier, except where applicable law requires otherwise. If your shipment arrives damaged, contact us promptly with your order number and photos so we can help resolve the issue.
Because canvas prints are made to order, we generally do not accept returns for change of mind, size preference, or color variation within normal printing tolerances. If your item arrives defective or damaged, or if we shipped the wrong product, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion after reviewing the details. Refunds, when issued, are returned to the original payment method through Stripe.
All artwork, images, logos, text, and design on the Site are owned by Delaware Canvas Art or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works from our content or artwork without prior written consent, except for personal, non-commercial use of a print you have purchased for display in your home or office.
You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or use it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend or restrict access if we believe these terms have been violated.
The Site and products are provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Delaware Canvas Art is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Checkout is processed by Stripe. Stripe’s terms and privacy practices apply to payment processing. We may receive order and contact details needed to fulfill your purchase and respond to support requests.
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will be revised when changes are posted. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction apply.
